We supply premium brands to retailers who want to make a difference. Our portfolio includes Brooks England, Knog, Quad Lock, Thousand, Nutcase, Topeak, Hamax, Crane, Lizard Skins... and workshop brands such as Jagwire and Enduro.

We are also official distributors of Powerbar, the benchmark in sports nutrition for many years.

As a marketing professional, you will contribute to increasing the visibility, desirability and sales of their products within the business-to-business (B2B) ecosystem.

You will work closely with our Field Experts, Sales team, Brand Managers and parent company marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of our retail partners in Benelux and France (various retail partners in the bike, sports and outdoor sectors).

You will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Tasks

  • Planning and execution of marketing campaigns for business partners:
    • You will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans. You will work closely with the marketing teams of the parent companies. In collaboration with our internal team, you will translate global actions into local actions. You understand the local market context and know the right communication channels.
      • These are mainly product launches, brand or product promotion campaigns, brand launches in our territory, promotional activities, etc. You make sure we have all the visual and textual material we need to carry out our mission.     • Creation of sales aids, such as point-of-sale displays, brochures, brand pages, etc., or other initiatives designed to stimulate retailer interest in our products.
    • Identification, organization and follow-up of B2B trade shows in collaboration with Field Experts, the sales team and Brand Managers.

  • Communication Marketing B2B:
    • La communication marketing B2B se concentre sur nos clients professionnels dans le monde du cyclisme, du sport et de l'outdoor. Il est axé sur le long terme, les relations et la valeur ajoutée de nos produits. 
    • Establish and maintain relationships with the marketing teams of our parent companies and reseller partners.
    • Our B2B communication channels include our B2B website, social media, trade shows, corporate events, targeted PR and trade press.
    • As a Communication Marketeer, you will also be responsible for internal communication aimed at sharing information about our brands (new products, deliveries, collaborations and sponsorships, etc.) and all sales support elements so that our sales team can best promote our products to our business partners.
    • Finally, you will develop initiatives aimed at increasing the visibility, desirability and sales of our brands through the communication channels of our resellers - partners: participation in local events and open days, communication via partner newsletters and social networks, ambassador programs, etc.

Profile

  • Someone with a passion for cycling.
  • Bilingual NL-FR and good knowledge of English.
  • Creativity, initiative and a passion for marketing.
  • A degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Une expérience préalable dans un rôle de marketing ou de communication est un plus.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or communications role is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time and meet deadlines.
