Now Company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant.
For over 25 years NOW has been an importer-distributor of quality accessories for the cycling industry. We stock bike accessories, bike equipment and components and peripherals for every type of cyclist, whether they are a sport cyclist, an urban cyclist or a family for leisure or holiday.
We supply premium brands to retailers who want to make a difference. Our portfolio includes Brooks England, Knog, Quad Lock, Thousand, Nutcase, Topeak, Hamax, Crane, Lizard Skins... and workshop brands such as Jagwire and Enduro.
We are also the official distributors of Powerbar, the benchmark in sports nutrition for many years.

As a multi-skilled member of staff, you will play a key role in the smooth running of sales, administration and marketing operations within our company.
You will provide multi-skilled support to the various teams, helping to coordinate activities effectively and improve internal and external communication.
You'll also be involved in our many projects, including the roll-out of our new B2B site and co-organising the events we take part in.
Tasks
Sales & administrative support :
- Follow up orders and deliveries.
- Work with the sales team to manage customers and follow up prospects.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations and reports.
- Respond to customer enquiries and ensure quality service.
- Help plan and coordinate meetings, events and travel.
Digital support :
- Regularly update the content of the B2B site.
- Ensure efficient organisation of content resources and files.
- Ensure that content complies with brand guidelines and established quality standards.
Marketing support & communication :
- Contributing to the management of the company's internal and external communication tools.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of marketing content (publications on social networks, blog articles, newsletters, etc.).
- Participate in the implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Participating in the organisation of promotional events and trade fairs.
Profil
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
- Mastery of digital tools (MS Office, Google apps, etc.), knowledge of Magento a plus.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective member of a team.
- Sense of initiative and ability to solve problems proactively.
- A passion for cycling and a good knowledge of the cycling world would be an asset.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
