CR 6001 SiRS - Full Ceramic (Radial) - 12x28x7/8

Enduro was the first to produce a truly sealed Full Ceramic Bearing. The balls and the races are made from Si3N4 (Silicon Nitride) material which is the hardest, most resilient and the lightest weight material. Bearings are made from pure Silicon Nitride material with extreme high density from uniform compaction, the micro- structural development of this material during manufacturing is second to none. These high precision grade 5, Si3n4 pure ceramic balls are 5/1,000,000′′ from exact sphericity, 60% lighter weight, and 7 times harder than steel. The full ceramic bearings have ceramic races as well as ceramic balls. These are the lightest weighing about half the weight of the steel versions of the same bearing. These bearing do require the use of our press (BRT-005) tool.
