Enduro Bearings introduces the 3901 LLU MAX, a high-performance, double-row radial suspension bearing designed specifically for mountain bike pivots. With a history of pioneering MAX-type bearings over 20 years ago, these bearings offer 35-40% higher load capacity than standard radial bearings thanks to a unique design that incorporates full-complement balls in deeper race grooves, reinforced by custom ground slots. The deep-groove races and Grade 10 balls ensure durability and smooth operation under demanding conditions. Equipped with full-contact, double-lip labyrinth (LLU) seals and filled with 90% of high-pressure Almagard grease, these bearings provide superior protection against dirt, water, and debris. The double-row configuration significantly reduces flex in suspension linkages while increasing contact area for enhanced performance. Ideal for suspension pivots, these bearings are available in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid, and XD-15 with ceramic or stainless balls. Engineered with the deepest groove races possible, they feature dual-lip seals riding in micro-grooves for maximum element resistance.
